We offer a free pick-up service for the first return, but shipping charges won't be refunded. Subsequent returns may have a small fee. If your product is over Rs 5000, we'll give you a call to confirm before proceeding with the return.

Items being returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all the original papers. If your pin code isn't serviceable for reverse pickup, we'll schedule it once the service is available.
