We put a lot of effort into safely packaging our products for delivery to you. However, if by chance your items arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll promptly address the issue to make things right.

  1. If something doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. Clearly specify the items you're returning. We offer a free pick-up service for the first return, but shipping charges won't be refunded. Subsequent returns may have a small fee. If your product is over Rs 5000, we'll give you a call to confirm before proceeding with the return.

  2. Items being returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all the original papers. If your pin code isn't serviceable for reverse pickup, we'll schedule it once the service is available.

  3. If you suspect tampering or haven't received your order, get in touch with us right away. We work with third-party couriers and aren't responsible for their delays. Once an order has been shipped, it can't be canceled after 4 hours, and cancellation might involve return charges.

  4. Handcrafted products may have slight variations that aren't considered defects. Returns for bulk or custom orders are handled case by case, and we might deny repeated returns for the same order.

Disputes are resolved amicably, with jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, India. Custom-made or personalized items can't typically be returned unless they're damaged. Any requests for return or exchange should be made within 5 days and include the original packaging and accompanying materials like manuals or warranties.

We may refuse returns that don't meet these criteria. Please note, the product shades in our studio images may slightly differ from the delivered product.
